Fattura PA - The FatturaPA module was designed to be used by both public administrations and its suppliers, as it is used to manage the entire electronic invoicing process: in fact, the FatturaPA module manages both the passive cycle (receipt of PA invoices) and the cycle active (issue of the PA invoice and transmission through the Exchange System).
The new approach of 3D Informatica towards the need for integration between document applications is represented by the creation of a specific application layer that allows two distinct ways of using the module:
1. DIRECT ACCESS TO THE MODULE: through this mode it is therefore possible to use the FatturaPA module independently from the complete Docway® XML document management system, thanks to direct access to the single application / function but with the possibility of low-cost integration.
2. INTEGRATION WITH DOCWAY® XML: allows the use of the module within the Docway® XML document management system
Mail and PEC Manager - The automatic DOCWAY®4RE archiver should not be seen as a complement to the existing e-mail system, but as a fundamental archive and document management resource.
The module is responsible for monitoring company e-mail and PEC mailboxes and for creating an automatic recording of e-mails and digital attachments, for the purpose of correct formation of the document archive, according to user-definable models.
Each mail / PEC is thus transformed into a "true document" on DOCWAY®4RE, immediately available and correctly registered in the Archive. The document can be registered in draft, or it can be automatically registered - if necessary - just as it can be automatically classified, sorted and assigned within the Organizational Structure.
For each mailbox / PEC managed by the archiver it is possible to define the corresponding archive and distribution process; just as it is possible to manage unlimited mailboxes / PEC for each organization or AOO.
Custom Form - The module integrated in Docway®4 called Campi Custom allows users to define new document types and / or to personalize their searches. Custom fields is a real form generator and document applications with all the typical functions applicable to these fields.
It is therefore possible to define personalized masks and fields on certain types of documents and files, which are placed in addition to the mandatory protocol metadata. These fields are easily configurable from a special XML file present in the Docway®4 installation. Documents with custom fields can also be inserted within specific directories.
Storage - Docway® Storage allows the correct description and management of the paper and digital files produced by a public or private entity, during the performance of its institutional functions no longer intended for the treatment of current affairs, although intended for permanent conservation.
Docway® Storage primarily resolves the need for a correct archival description of paper and electronic files and documents; the archival description of the files destined for the deposit archive, provides for the enhancement of a set of information relating to the origin, consistency, conditioning, physical location in the deposit archive as well as the necessary transfer information of the file to deposit and the requests for acknowledgment.
Docway® Storage provides all the functions necessary to describe the process that starts from the closure or archiving of a file in the current archive and ends in the deposit archive, where the documentary material can be subjected to the selection and discarding operations.
Register Online - The online register form for publishing directories on the web is divided into two different applications:
- web module
- admin module
The basic concept of the application consists of an object called "publication", which is basically an xml record in which all the settings and configurations relating to the publication of a specific repertoire that are defined by the administrator are saved.
In the application, the publication record is treated as a Docway document, therefore you have the possibility to insert / modify the fields that describe it; these fields are used to define the different configurations relating to publication such as, for example, the repertoire to be published, the repertoire data to be displayed, the presence of the right to be forgotten and other fields defined below.
This type of record is used to interface with the Docway® document archive to obtain the repertoire data to be published as defined within it.
Resolutions - Docway resolutions allows the integrated and complete management of administrative procedures, from the preliminary investigation to the publication of resolutions.
Through this form, the document flows are prepared and monitored for the presentation of the proposed resolutions and communications / information, for the various collegial bodies, by the Administration structures.
The document flows are managed by the document workflow engine which, integrated with e-mail, controls the process actors and the allowed actions. Once the flow of finalization of the proposals has been completed, the activities of the secretariat of the Collegial Bodies continue, the preparation of the agenda, the convocations, the minutes of the session and the issuing of the resolutions.
Workflow - With the DOCWAY®4RE version, the application component dedicated to the WorkFlow BONITA WORKFLOW has been integrated.
BONITA WF allows you to define, optimize, monitor and integrate business processes by combining an innovative process design study, a powerful BPM engine and a revolutionary user interface for its intuitiveness. All the application connectors have been created between DOCWAY®4RE -> BONITA and necessary for the complete control of a document workflow (documents and files): simple review and approval flows, complex business processes, stratified and produced in several stages of time and from different ownership.
Company procedures can be connected to timers, which automatically calculate the timings set for the procedure, and alert users if the procedure is due to expire.
Bonita offers a graphic designer for the configuration of the flows, which can then be imported (in Bonita's native format) into Docway through a special application interface.
